Intadmelt VVH-5 is a semi-pressure-sensitive hot melt adhesive developed for removable bonding applications. The adhesive is particularly suitable for reclosable packaging, removable labels, inserts, and temporary fixing of paper, cardboard, PE films, and plastic materials.
It provides reliable adhesion while allowing clean removal from most paper qualities without fibre tear. In addition, the adhesive offers excellent thermal stability, high cohesion, and efficient processing, making it suitable for a wide range of packaging applications.
The adhesive is transparent and colourless and supplied in the form of pillows, packed in 14 kg cardboard boxes.
Typical applications:
- Reclosable packaging, such as cheese and meat packaging
- Courier envelopes and mailing packaging
- Packaging that is opened en reclosed multiple times

- Softening point (R&B): 95°C
- Viscosity at 150°C: 4.400 mPa·s
- Viscosity at 175°C: 1.600 mPa·s
