UES HP 08 manualy operated hot melt gun

The handgun HP 08 SP has been especially developed for manual application of glue to horizontal surfaces such as displays and carpets and to close boxes. De advantage of swirl lays within the weaven circel shaped patern through which an optimal adhesion is reached over a wider surface. This is ideal on heat sensitive and/or weak materials (like f.e. foam), the glue is devided over a larger area as bead application and due to that the glue cools down faster and has a stronger adhesion because of the wider glued surface. The development was focused on ‘easy to use’, safety and sustainability. The advantage of the HP08 in comparison to the standard handguns is the mounting to the balancer/turning arm; this allows you to control the handgun weightlessly. Also after applying glue both hands are free to continue to assemble your product. The gun has been insulated with protection covers as properly as possible to protect you from the danger of burning. Unfortunately this is not possible entirely, therefore we recommend you to wear safety gloves while working with the HP08 or during maintenance. To guarantee the sustainability we especially used standard components, like a standard module and a Festo air valve. The insulating contact protection covers are made of high quality synthetic with a high softening point. Herein mounting grooves are applied so that the fit is 100% guaranteed.
