Intadmelt VLB-7 is a high-quality EVA-based hot melt adhesive specifically developed for bonding various types of paper and cardboard, particularly fruit and vegetable produce boxes. This adhesive offers good heat resistance and excellent thermal stability, resulting in a consistent color and minimal odor during processing.
In addition, the adhesive provides excellent adhesion to difficult-to-bond surfaces such as lacquered, laminated and coated papers and cardboards. As a result, Intadmelt VLB-7 is particularly suitable for packaging applications where reliable and durable bonding is required. The product is also well suited for frozen food packaging applications.
The adhesive is light yellow in color and supplied in granule form, packed in 20 kg paper bags.
