Intadmelt MLV-3-D metallocene hot melt for frozen packaging

Intadmelt MLV-3-D is a metallocene-based hot melt adhesive with medium viscosity and high bond strength, even on difficult-to-bond substrates. The adhesive is highly suitable for applications in the frozen food industry, where reliable performance at low temperatures is essential.

Thanks to its efficient formulation, this hot melt offers low adhesive consumption, reduced odour and less equipment contamination, resulting in lower maintenance costs and reduced downtime.

In addition, Intadmelt MLV-3-D can be applied at relatively low application temperatures (125–145°C), contributing to lower energy consumption and a more efficient production process.
