Intadmelt VVH-6 is a synthetic rubber-based removable hot melt adhesive developed for applications where temporary bonding and clean removal are required. The adhesive provides reliable adhesion while allowing substrates to be removed without damaging the underlying paper or surface.
It offers a medium open time, a medium-short setting time, and excellent thermal stability, ensuring efficient processing and dependable performance across a wide range of removable bonding applications.
Typical applications include:
- Reclosable packaging, such as cheese and meat packaging
- Attaching reply cards to mailings
- Fragrance and cream samples in magazines
- Credit cards attached to letters
- Temporary fixing of various materials to paper and cardboard
The adhesive is transparent and colorless and supplied in the form of mini pillows, packed in 15 kg cardboard boxes.
